Anti-regime forces have entered the center of Damascus, the capital of Syria, where the Bashar al-Assad regime has lost control. Syrians in the capital Damascus have begun gathering in Umayyad Square to mark the end of the 61-year-old Baath regime. Meanwhile, Syrians living in Erbil, Iraq, also celebrated the fall of the Assad regime. Gathering near the Erbil Citadel, the Syrians chanted slogans in Arabic.
