Germany, France, and the UK seek talks with Iran in Geneva

According to a report by the German Press Agency (DPA) citing Foreign Ministry sources, the foreign ministers of Germany, France, and the UK are seeking to meet with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi in Geneva tomorrow.
German Foreign Ministry official Johann Wadephul stated in Berlin that they had extended a negotiation offer to Araghchi during a phone call on Monday with his French counterpart Jean-Noel Barrot, British counterpart David Lammy, and the European Union (EU) High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas.
Wadephul indicated that they are ready to negotiate for a solution, but emphasized that Tehran must act urgently and take "confidence-building and verifiable measures" to achieve this.
