According to the report by the official Palestinian news agency WAFA, 1 girl lost her life in the attack carried out by Israel on the historic Saint Porphyrius Greek Orthodox Church, located in the Ez-Zeytun neighborhood in the south of Gaza City. While the historic church sustained serious damage in the attack, a building located near the church was also destroyed.

The Saint Porphyrius Greek Orthodox Church, affiliated with the Anglican Church in Jerusalem, is located approximately 250 meters from the Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital, which Israel bombed on October 17, causing the deaths of hundreds of people.
