Three Israeli female hostages released as part of the first phase of the ceasefire and hostage exchange agreement in Gaza have been reunited with their families after 471 days. The hostages were handed over by Hamas via the Red Cross and taken to Israel.

In accordance with the ceasefire and hostage exchange agreement that went into effect in Gaza today, Israeli hostages Romi Gonen, Doron Steinbrecher, and Emily Damari, who were released by Hamas, have been reunited with their families. The 3 female hostages, who were handed over to the Red Cross by Hamas's military wing, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, were met by the Israeli military on the other side of the border.
REUNITED WITH THEIR FAMILIES AFTER 471 DAYS
The Israeli female hostages were taken by helicopter to the Sheba Medical Center in the city of Ramat Gan, near the capital Tel Aviv.
Gonen, Steinbrecher, and Damari met with their families there 471 days after they were abducted.
Israelis also took to the streets to celebrate the release of the 3 hostages.
