Indirect negotiations between Israel and Hamas have begun in Egypt

Egyptian media reported that indirect negotiations between Hamas and Israel regarding the Gaza Plan, which envisions achieving lasting peace in the Gaza Strip, have begun.

Stating that the negotiations between Israel and Hamas are being held in the city of Sharm El-Sheikh, Egyptian media said, "Egyptian and Qatari mediators are working with both sides to establish a mechanism for a prisoner exchange."
