Iran bans electronic communication devices on flights
Jafar Yazerlu, spokesperson for the Civil Aviation Organization of Iran, announced that all electronic communication devices, excluding mobile phones, have been banned from passenger aircraft to ensure flight safety.

Following the attacks on Lebanon, Iran has introduced a new ban covering electronic communication devices.
In a statement, Jafar Yazerlu, spokesperson for the Civil Aviation Organization of Iran, announced that all electronic communication devices, such as pagers and walkie-talkies, excluding mobile phones, are prohibited from being brought onto passenger aircraft to ensure flight safety.
Warning passengers traveling by air, Yazerlu stated that the ban on pagers and walkie-talkies applies to both the cargo and cabin sections of the aircraft, and called on passengers not to bring these devices on board.
