Iran had also struck Tel Aviv and Haifa before dawn on Monday, and at least eight people had lost their lives in those attacks. Israel's Haifa-based Bazan Group announced that the Haifa Oil Refinery had been seriously damaged in the latest attack, that they were forced to shut down the facility, and that three employees had lost their lives.
