In a post on his social media account, Ahmadian emphasized that Iran has long been preparing for a potential military scenario, stating, "We have been waiting for years for the Americans to come to the designated points, and for over twenty years, we have been preparing for this moment with an asymmetric warfare strategy. We now have only one message for US soldiers: Come even closer."
