Deputy Speaker of the Iranian Parliament Hamid Reza Haji-Babai stated that the 12-day attacks by Israel against Iran are a continuation of the hostility the US has waged against the Iranian people for the last 47 years, emphasizing that the primary target is the Iranian people. Haji-Babai said, "The US has a problem with the Iranian people because they know that a nation with a 7,000-year-old civilization will not allow the US to dominate the region. Missile and nuclear issues are just excuses."
"THE PEOPLE HAD THE FINAL SAY"
Stating that the targeting of high-ranking commanders on the first day of the war was intended to weaken Iran's leadership, Haji-Babai said, "The people had the final say. The Iranian nation took to the field in unity. The more the enemy attacks, the more determined the people will be on the field."
"GROSSI WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO ENTER OUR FACILITIES"
Addressing the Iranian Parliament's decision to suspend cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Haji-Babai said, "From now on, we will not allow IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi to enter our nuclear facilities or install cameras there. Because we have clearly seen that information regarding these facilities was included in documents seized from the fake Israeli regime."
