Revolutionary Guard Corps Commander Hossein Salami stated in his announcement that they would avenge Abyar, who was killed in the Israeli attack, and expressed that they would retaliate against Israel in kind.
Salami used the following expressions: “The child-killing Zionist regime will pay the price for the blood it has shed. Abyar was a name who supported the Palestinian resistance against Israel in Syria and fought for the security of his country, and he will not be forgotten.”
