Iranian commander warns: A new conflict could occur

Brigadier General Mohammad Jafar Asadi, Deputy Commander of the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters and one of Iran's high-ranking military figures, made critical assessments regarding the recent increase in regional activity and the stance of the US. Emphasizing that the Iranian Armed Forces are fully prepared for war, Asadi stated that his country has the capacity to respond to any military threat it may face.

Drawing attention to the US's threats and military maneuvers in the region, Asadi said, "The possibility of a new conflict between Iran and the United States exists, and the evidence has shown that the US is not committed to any word or agreement."

IRAN'S MESSAGE: "WE ARE ON ALERT"

Brigadier General Asadi stated that the Iranian Armed Forces are constantly on alert, suggesting that the recent statements and actions of American officials are generally aimed at influencing public opinion. Asadi further remarked, "The actions and statements of American officials are mostly media-focused. They are primarily to prevent fluctuations in oil prices, and secondly, to escape from the impasse they have created themselves."

Emphasizing that they are closely monitoring the region, Asadi stated that Iran's defense strategies have been updated under current conditions and that all units are ready for duty for the country's security. The statements have brought Iran's military readiness back to the agenda at a time when tensions in the region are escalating.
