Iranian Foreign Ministry: Air and naval forces of EU countries are terrorists

The Iranian Foreign Ministry has issued a statement regarding the declaration of the air and naval forces of EU member states as terrorist organizations.

The statement noted that in response to EU member states recognizing the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), which is "part of Iran's official armed forces," as a "terrorist organization," the air and naval forces belonging to EU member states have been declared terrorist organizations based on the principle of "reciprocity."

High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas announced in February via a post on the social media platform X, stating, "Pressure cannot go unanswered," that the European Union Foreign Ministers had designated the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as a terrorist organization.
