ISIS threat to Putin! 'Warning' of a new massacre

ISIS has sent a direct threat to Vladimir Putin following the attack in Moscow, the capital of Russia. 

ISIS issued the threat against Putin after images began circulating on Telegram showing police torturing the suspects. 

Iranian media, citing the Tajikistan-based ISIS-Khorasan propaganda network Al Azaim, published a post warning of a new massacre in the country.

Throughout the weekend, memorial events were held across Moscow in memory of those who lost their lives.

A constant stream of people brought flowers to the memorial near the Crocus City Hall music venue.
