Israel bans doctors from speaking with UN officials
It has been reported that Israel has banned doctors from meeting with United Nations (UN) officials investigating the October 7 attacks.

According to a report by the Times of Israel newspaper, the Ministry of Health has banned healthcare workers from meeting with UN officials investigating the October 7 events, citing the committee's "anti-Israel stance."
UN COMMITTEE ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT DOCTORS
It was reported that the investigative committee established by the UN Human Rights Council has been attempting in recent weeks to contact Israeli doctors and other healthcare workers who witnessed the events of October 7.
It was noted that the investigative committee has been "investigating international and gender-based crimes" since the date the events began and sought to obtain information by interviewing healthcare personnel.
ISRAEL IMPOSED A BAN
The report stated that the Israeli state broadcaster KAN reported that the legal department of the Ministry of Justice instructed Ministry of Health officials to ensure that healthcare workers do not speak to the UN investigative commission.
The report also included information that Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson Lior Haiat characterized the investigative commission as an "anti-Israel and antisemitic entity."
The report to be prepared by the investigative committee established by the UN Human Rights Council will be completed in June and presented to the UN General Assembly.
