Israel kills Hezbollah commander Ali Jamal al-Din Jawad in Lebanon

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that it conducted an operation in the Ebba region of Lebanon targeting one of Hezbollah's commanders, Ali Jamal al-Din Jawad.
Footage of the airstrike was shared on the Israel Defense Forces' X (formerly Twitter) account, and it was announced that Jawad had been killed.
The Israel Defense Forces reported that Ali Jamal al-Din Jawad, a commander in Hezbollah's Radwan Force, had been neutralized.
The official statement included the following remarks:
"Earlier this evening, the Israeli Air Force (IAF) conducted an operation in the Ebba region of southern Lebanon to neutralize terrorist Ali Jamal al-Din Jawad, a commander in Hezbollah's Radwan Force. The neutralization of Jawad has significantly weakened the Hezbollah terrorist organization's capacity to promote and carry out terrorist activities from southern Lebanon against northern Israel."
Following the attack carried out by Israel against Ali Jamal al-Din Jawad, Hezbollah released a statement and shared a photograph confirming Jawad's death.
