Israel launches new wave of attacks on Lebanon: Bekaa Valley under fire
Hezbollah has responded to the attacks by firing numerous rockets into northern Israel.

The Israeli military announced that it has launched 'comprehensive' airstrikes on the Bekaa Valley in eastern Lebanon, as well as in the south, while Hezbollah continues to fire rockets into northern Israel.
In a statement, the Israeli military reported that it has initiated large-scale attacks on southern Lebanon and the Bekaa Valley.
Local residents reported that numerous locations in the Bekaa Valley and southern Lebanon were struck during the Israeli airstrikes.
Lebanese authorities have not yet issued a statement regarding the attacks or whether there have been any casualties.
Meanwhile, Hezbollah continues to fire rockets into northern Israel in response to the attacks.
It was reported that sirens sounded in the city of Safed in northern Israel due to the rockets fired by Hezbollah.
It was stated that the vast majority of the rockets fired were intercepted in the air by Israel's defense system.
