Israel strikes southern Lebanon
Israel has carried out airstrikes in southern Lebanon.

Israel continues to violate the ceasefire agreement reached with Lebanon last November.
The Israeli army conducted airstrikes on the towns of Deir Siryan, Zawtar al-Sharqiya, and Qantara in southern Lebanon. The loss of life and property in the attacks is not yet known.
The Israeli army claimed that weapons depots belonging to Hezbollah were targeted in the attacks.
