Expressing concerns regarding attacks against Israelis in various countries around the world, the statement requested that Israelis reconsider their planned trips and avoid traveling to countries under travel warnings, especially those in the Middle East.
It had been reported that 2 Israeli tourists and one Egyptian lost their lives as a result of fire opened by police in the Egyptian city of Alexandria.
