While a ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah is expected to be announced, the Israeli military has carried out new airstrikes on several locations in the southern suburbs of the Lebanese capital, Beirut.
Following a warning issued by the Israeli military to the residents of southern Beirut, fighter jets struck several buildings in the Haret Hreik, Al-Shiyah, Al-Ghobeiry, and Al-Tayouneh neighborhoods.
No statement has yet been made regarding the loss of life or property in the attacks.
