Israeli Army conducts raids in the West Bank: 22 Palestinians detained

At least 22 Palestinians were detained during raids conducted by Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank. During the raids, numerous homes were destroyed, and the detainees and their families were subjected to assault and threats.

According to eyewitnesses, the Israeli army conducted raids in numerous cities, primarily in Jenin and Hebron in the occupied West Bank. Witnesses stated that many people were detained during raids carried out in various parts of Hebron.

 

It was reported that during the raids, Palestinians' homes were destroyed, and the detained individuals and their families were subjected to assault and threats. Eyewitnesses from the town of Ya'bad in the city of Jenin also reported that Israeli forces detained at least 22 people during raids on Palestinians' homes in the town.

 

Since Israel launched its attacks on the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, there has been an increase in detentions, raids, and attacks against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem.

 

Since October 7, 2023, 807 Palestinians, including 167 children, have lost their lives in attacks by Israeli soldiers and Israeli settlers who have usurped Palestinian lands in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem.

 

More than 720 thousand Israelis live in settlements established on lands usurped from Palestinians in the occupied West Bank, including Jerusalem.
