Israeli Defense Minister Gallant: It will begin soon

Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant met with mayors from Israel's northern border and made statements.

Signaling a ground operation into Lebanon, Gallant said, "The next phase in the war against Hezbollah will begin soon."
