Israeli media: One-month ceasefire decision to be announced

It has been claimed that the U.S. aims to declare a one-month ceasefire with Iran and is working on an agreement mechanism to this end.

According to a report by Al Arabiya citing Israel's Channel 12 television, the ceasefire plan is being led by U.S. officials Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner.

The U.S. has conveyed a 15-point plan to Iran through Pakistan aimed at ending the war in the Middle East.

The report states that the Washington administration's goal is a temporary one-month ceasefire, noting that the planned agreement with Iran bears similarities to the accords in Gaza and Lebanon. A comprehensive 15-point agreement is planned to be negotiated during the ceasefire period.

According to information from Al Hadath, also citing Israel's Channel 12, the draft of the 15-point agreement includes the following points:

1 - Automatic removal of the threat of re-imposing sanctions

2 - Complete elimination of Iran's current nuclear capacity

3 - Iran's commitment that it will "never seek nuclear weapons"

4 - Prohibition of any nuclear enrichment activities on Iranian soil

5 - Handing over enriched uranium to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA)

6 - Decommissioning and destruction of nuclear facilities in Natanz, Isfahan, and Fordow

7 - Granting the IAEA full access to all information

8 - Iran abandoning its "proxy forces" strategy

9 - Cutting off funding and arms support to militia groups in the region

10 - Keeping the Strait of Hormuz open without closure

11 - Postponing the decision regarding the ballistic missile program

12 - Using ballistic missiles only for defensive purposes

13 - Lifting all sanctions against Iran

14 - Providing support for the development of a civilian nuclear program in Bushehr

15 - Automatic cancellation of the threat of re-applying sanctions
