Israeli media reveals daily cost of war on Gaza and Lebanon
It has been stated that the daily cost of Israel's large-scale attacks on the Gaza Strip and Lebanon has risen to 500 million shekels (133 million dollars).

A report on the Israeli news site "Ynet" pointed out that "the daily cost of the war, which is continuing in the Gaza Strip and expanding in scope in Lebanon, has increased significantly for Israel."
The report stated that the cost of the Israeli army's attacks on Gaza and Lebanon over the past 50 days has reached 25 billion shekels (6.6 billion dollars) due to an extreme increase, noting that "the reason for the excessive rise in war costs is the call-up of tens of thousands of reserve soldiers in recent weeks to be sent to Lebanon."
Pointing out that the daily cost of the war in Gaza and Lebanon is 500 million shekels (133 million dollars), the report stated that the army is using a large amount of ammunition and hundreds of high-cost air defense missiles on a daily basis.
The report, which included information that the cost of the airstrikes that killed Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah alone was 25 million shekels (6.6 million dollars), quoted a senior official from the Israeli Ministry of Finance, who was not named, as saying:
"Due to Israel's rising war costs and the postponement of 18 billion shekels (4.86 billion dollars) in US aid to next year, the government is expected to exceed its 2024 budget for the third time."
The report indicated that it would be difficult for the Israeli economy to sustain the war in both the Gaza Strip and Lebanon in this manner.
The Tel Aviv administration has been conducting comprehensive attacks on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, and also launched extensive attacks on Lebanon starting September 23.
