As Israel's attacks on Lebanon escalate tensions in the Middle East, Hezbollah has carried out one of its most intense aerial attacks against Israel.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that Hezbollah fired 180 rockets into the country's north.
In a statement, Hezbollah called on Israel to stop its attacks on Lebanon, warning that "if Israel intensifies its attacks, Haifa and other cities will be targets for our rockets just as much as Kiryat Shmona, Metula, and other cities."
HEZBOLLAH HAD STRUCK ISRAEL'S NORTH
Hezbollah had previously carried out one of its most intense aerial attacks on northern Israel, including the city of Haifa. A previous statement from the Israeli military had noted that Hezbollah had fired at least 135 rockets.
