Israel's far-right Minister of Finance Bezalel Smotrich announced that 'the mission of his life is to prevent the establishment of a Palestinian state,' stating that he will work to seize Palestinian lands in the occupied West Bank.
In a post on his X social media account, Smotrich wrote, 'The mission of my life is to build the land of Israel and prevent the establishment of a Palestinian state.'
The far-right minister also claimed that he would work to ensure that Israelis who occupy Palestinian lands in the occupied West Bank can enjoy their rights.
Smotrich, who frequently expresses that he will work to expand the settlements established by Israel on Palestinian lands and prevent the establishment of a Palestinian state, had previously called on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to annex the occupied West Bank.
