The statement announced that Isaac Herzog has canceled his planned visit to the United Nations (UN) COP29 Climate Change Conference, which is being held in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan.

The reason cited for the cancellation of the visit was 'security concerns' that emerged following a situational assessment.
