Israel's public broadcaster KAN reported the details of the 'Hell' plan. According to the plan, the electricity grid in Gaza will be completely cut off. The newspaper Israel Hayom wrote that the operation was prepared with the aim of forcing Hamas to accept the US ceasefire proposal.
