Joe Biden's statement on 'withdrawing from candidacy'

US President Joe Biden made statements at the Independence Day celebration held at the White House.

Responding to calls for him to withdraw from the race following the live broadcast where he faced off against his rival Donald Trump, Biden put an end to the discussions.

"I AM NOT GOING ANYWHERE"

According to the report on NTV; 81-year-old Biden, who was criticized for his weak performance against Trump, responded to a supporter who told him to continue the fight by saying, "You got me, man. I'm not going anywhere."

HAD RECEIVED CRITICISM FOR HIS DEBATE PERFORMANCE

Joe Biden had been subjected to intense criticism for his debate performance in the program he attended with fellow presidential candidate Donald Trump.

Speaking at a campaign event in Virginia, Biden had admitted that the debate he held with his Republican rival, former President Donald Trump, did not go well.

The US presidential elections will be held on November 5, 2024.
