Maduro accepts Musk's duel challenge

U.S. billionaire Elon Musk, who has become more involved in international politics since purchasing Twitter (now known as X), faces a tough duel.
Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro addressed Musk, whom he declared an "enemy of Venezuela," during a press conference in the capital, Caracas, and stated that he accepts Musk's invitation to a duel.
Inviting Musk to the country, Maduro said, "He accepted my challenge to a duel. Elon Musk, we will settle this. But come here, to the Poliedro (an event venue in Caracas), you and me. If I beat you, Musk, I will accept your offer for a trip to Mars, but you are coming with me."
Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro won the presidential election held in his country on July 28 for the third time. U.S. billionaire Elon Musk had alleged that the election was "rigged."
"If I win, we are going to Mars"
Reacting to Musk's accusations, Maduro had previously said, "Do you want a fight, Elon Musk? I am ready, I am the son of Bolivar, the son of Chavez, I am not afraid of you." Maduro accused Musk, whom he declared Venezuela's arch-enemy, of inciting violence in the country.
In his response to Maduro, Musk stated that if he won the duel, he would ask Maduro to resign from his dictatorship and would send him to Mars for free via his company, SpaceX.
On the other hand, in a speech from the balcony of the Miraflores Palace after winning the election, Maduro said he was certain that Musk was the person behind the hacker attack on the National Electoral Council, while Musk dismissed this claim with humorous posts.
