Man in Thailand attacked by 3.5-meter python while using the toilet at home

In Thailand, a man was attacked by a 3.5-meter python that emerged from the toilet bowl while he was using the bathroom in his home.

In the South Asian country of Thailand, a person using the toilet at home was recently attacked by a python that emerged from the toilet bowl. The homeowner, named Thanat Thangtewanon, tried to grab the snake with his hand to pull it out of the toilet, but when he failed, he killed the snake with a toilet brush.

It was stated that Thanat, who was taken to the hospital by his neighbors, is in good health. The 3.5-meter snake removed from the toilet was identified as a non-venomous python species.

In his statement, Thanat expressed that his intention was not to kill the snake, but that he was afraid because he had been bitten and wanted to get to the hospital as soon as possible. Regarding his health, Thanat also noted that his blood tests came back clean and that he only had wounds on his body due to the bite.
