Military aircraft crashes into San Diego Bay in the US
A military aircraft has crashed into San Diego Bay in the US state of California; 2 pilots have been rescued.

The San Diego Fire Department provided information to local media regarding the military aircraft that crashed into San Diego Bay.
According to fire officials, an E/A-18G Growler military aircraft with 2 pilots on board crashed into San Diego Bay near Naval Base Coronado at approximately 10:16 a.m. local time.
The 2 pilots, who managed to eject safely from the aircraft, were pulled from the water by a fishing boat shortly after and were subsequently taken to the hospital.
It was stated that the pilots are not in life-threatening condition and that the cause of the crash is under investigation.
