In the capital Caracas, following the meeting, Minister Alparslan Bayraktar made a statement on his social media account X.
EMPHASIS ON COOPERATION
Minister Bayraktar stated, "During our visit to Caracas, we had the opportunity to meet with the President of Venezuela, Mr. Nicolas Maduro. As a result of the mutual official visits carried out under the leadership of our Presidents, the relations between the two countries have been moved to a different dimension. Our goal will be to further grow our relations, which are rising on solid foundations, with our cooperation in the fields of energy and mining."

Reporting on his meeting with Executive Vice President Delcy Rodriguez, Bayraktar said, "As part of our contacts in Caracas, we also held a productive meeting with the Executive Vice President of Venezuela, Ms. Delcy Rodriguez. We discussed the steps that can be taken to strengthen our cooperation with Venezuela in the fields of energy and mining."
