The U.S. National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has shared a new development regarding the Artemis II mission with the public.
As part of the mission, which is the first crewed flight around the Moon since 1972, a new high-resolution image of Earth taken from the Orion spacecraft has been released.
In a statement titled 'Hello, Earth!' from NASA, photos obtained from Orion, which is carrying four astronauts, were shared with the following caption: "We see our planet as a whole, glowing with magnificent shades of blue and brown.
Even a green aurora is illuminating the atmosphere. This is us; we are all watching our astronauts' journey to the Moon together."
