Netanyahu statement on Gaza Plan: 'We are strongly opposed to a Palestinian State'

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu released a video message regarding his visit to the US and the Gaza Plan announced by US President Donald Trump. Describing his US visit as a "historic visit" and stating that they achieved significant results, Netanyahu said, "Instead of letting Hamas isolate us, we turned things around and we isolated Hamas."

Stating that the Israeli army will continue to remain in the Gaza Strip in accordance with the Gaza Plan announced by Trump, Netanyahu said, "The entire world, including the Arab and Muslim world, is now pressuring Hamas to accept the conditions we created together with Trump. Thus, while the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) remain in the Gaza Strip, all hostages, living and dead, will be brought back."

Responding to a question from someone behind the camera regarding "whether he accepts the establishment of a Palestinian State," Netanyahu said, "Absolutely not. There is no such thing written in the agreement. We stated that we are strongly opposed to a Palestinian State. President Trump expressed that he understands this. Of course, we will not accept this either."
