Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited a military base in Tel Hashomer. Regarding the plan for a ground operation in Rafah, which the international community, including the US, opposes, Netanyahu said, “We will complete the elimination of Hamas, including in Rafah.

No power in the world will be able to stop us. There are many forces trying to do this, but it will be of no use,” he stated.

Netanyahu further added, “We have three goals. One, to bring our hostages back. The second goal is to eliminate Hamas. The third goal is to ensure that Gaza no longer poses a threat to Israel. There is one more goal. Hamas is part of Iran's axis of evil that aims to destroy us. When we defeat Hamas, it will not only mean defeating Hamas, but also defeating the axis itself,” he said.

On the other hand, Netanyahu had said yesterday regarding the ground operation he plans to launch on the city of Rafah, "It will happen, there is a date."
