Tensions are rising regarding the fragile ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has ordered new attacks on Lebanon despite the ceasefire currently in effect with the country.
A statement from Netanyahu's Prime Ministry office indicated that "the Israeli prime minister has issued instructions to carry out 'powerful attacks' against Hezbollah targets in Lebanon."
This development comes after the parties mutually accused each other of violating the ceasefire.
Israel had struck Lebanon
The Israeli military had violated the ceasefire in the past few hours and targeted the Nabatieh region in southern Lebanon. A statement from the Lebanese Ministry of Health noted that an attack was carried out on a truck and a motorcycle in the town of Yohmor al-Shaqeef in this region, and that 4 people lost their lives.
