New appointments made to the cabinet in France
New members have joined the cabinet announced by French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal on January 11.

According to the statement from the Elysee Palace, 20 additional members have joined Attal's existing 14-member cabinet.
NEW CABINET ANNOUNCED
While current ministers retained their positions, a change was made to the status of Amelie Oudea-Castera, and it was decided that she would continue her duties solely as Minister of Sports and the Olympic Games.
Nicole Belloubet, who served as Minister of Justice between 2017 and 2020, was appointed to head the Ministry of Education and Youth, a role previously held by Oudea-Castera. The Minister of Transformation and Public Service became Stanislas Guerini.
Frederic Valletoux, a deputy from the Horizons Party, a partner in the ruling coalition, was appointed as Minister Delegate for Health, while Marie Guevenoux, a Renaissance deputy from President Emmanuel Macron's party, was appointed as Minister Delegate for Overseas Territories.
Another Renaissance deputy, Guillaume Kasbarian, was appointed as Minister Delegate for Housing, while Jean-Noel Barrot became Minister Delegate for Europe.
PREVIOUS TERM OFFICIALS RETURN TO DUTY
Sarah El Hairy, who previously served in the cabinet during Macron's presidency, was appointed as Minister Delegate for Childhood, Youth and Families, and Olivia Gregoire was appointed as Minister Delegate for Businesses, Tourism and Consumer Affairs.
The cabinet was also joined by Minister Delegate for Industry and Energy Roland Lescure, Minister Delegate for Public Accounts Thomas Cazenave, Minister Delegate for Rural Affairs Dominique Faure, Minister Delegate for the Elderly and People with Disabilities Fadila Khattabi, Minister Delegate for Foreign Trade, Francophonie and French Nationals Abroad Franck Riester, and Minister Delegate for Transport Patrice Vergriete.
Agnes Pannier-Runacher will serve as Minister Delegate to the Minister of Agriculture.
Marina Ferrari will work as Minister Delegate for Digital Affairs, and Sabrina Agresti-Roubache will serve as Minister Delegate for Cities and Citizenship.
In the cabinet, Patricia Miralles will serve as Minister Delegate for Veterans, and Herve Berville will serve as Minister Delegate for the Sea and Biodiversity.
Chrysoula Zacharopoulou was also appointed as Minister Delegate for Development and International Partnerships.
Macron will hold a Council of Ministers meeting with the participation of all cabinet members on February 14 at 10:00 local time.
Many of the names forming Attal's cabinet were announced on January 11.
