According to Geo News, Pakistani security officials shared information regarding the response to missile attacks carried out by India.
Sources stated that 5 Indian fighter jets and 1 drone were neutralized, adding, "All Pakistan Air Force aircraft are safe. The Pakistan Armed Forces are providing the necessary response to the enemy's aggression."
According to the information obtained, the Pakistani army targeted the headquarters of an Indian unit as part of its retaliation. However, no details were shared regarding the location of this headquarters.
It was also reported that a point under Indian control in the Dudhnial region, located near the Line of Control (LoC), was destroyed by a missile strike.
The Pakistan-based broadcaster Samaa TV announced that Pakistan has closed its airspace for 48 hours, with domestic and international flights suspended during this period.
On the other hand, senior Indian government officials speaking to India Today denied the claims made by Pakistan regarding the shooting down of fighter jets, asserting that no aircraft had been hit.

The statement also included information that 3 civilians lost their lives as a result of the attacks.
BACKGROUND OF THE CONFLICT: RETALIATORY ATTACKS
In response to a terrorist attack in the Pahalgam region on April 22 that claimed 26 lives, India carried out missile strikes on May 6 targeting Pakistani territory and the Pakistan-administered Azad Kashmir region.
While the Indian Armed Forces reported that 9 targets, which they described as "terrorist infrastructure," were successfully hit during the operation, a statement from Islamabad indicated that 6 civilian-populated areas were targeted in the attacks, resulting in the deaths of 8 people, including one child, with 35 others injured and 2 people reported missing.
