The statement emphasized that Palestine "welcomes" the ICC's decisions, stating, "The ICC's decisions have restored not only trust in international law alongside UN institutions, but also hope and confidence in the importance of justice, accountability, and the prosecution of war criminals, especially at a time when the Palestinian people are still being subjected to genocide."

The statement, which reminded that ICC and UN member states must implement the court's decisions, emphasized that communications and meetings with both Netanyahu and Gallant must be halted.
