Pashinyan condemns burning of Turkish flag: "Unacceptable"

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has strongly condemned the burning of a Turkish flag during a march held in the capital, Yerevan. Pashinyan described the act as "provocative" and an "attitude that escalates tensions."

According to information reported by the official Armenian news agency Armenpress, the incident, which occurred during a torchlight march organized by the Armenian Revolutionary Federation, was met with a reaction from the government wing.

IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNACCEPTABLE

In an assessment made through Prime Ministerial Press Secretary Nazeli Baghdasaryan, it was emphasized that Pashinyan finds such behavior irresponsible.

The Prime Minister stated that the burning of the flag of an internationally recognized state, especially that of a neighboring country, cannot be interpreted in any other way, and he finds this act unacceptable.
