'TERRORIST ATTACK'
According to a report by Sputnik; Kastyukevich stated, "Around 09:30 today, the car of Vladimir Malov, born in 1957, the Executive Secretary of the United Russia party in Novokakhovka, was blown up. Malov, who was seriously injured, has been taken to the hospital. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.”
Kastyukevich noted that the bombing of the United Russia party's Novokakhovka branch secretary's car is being treated as a terrorist attack against the civilian population.
