In this context, Erdoğan held a second phone call with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian. The conversation addressed the conflict between Israel and Iran, as well as regional and global issues.

During the call, President Erdoğan stated that he has held a series of contacts with leaders regarding the conflict between Israel and Iran, and expressed that Turkey is ready to assume a facilitating role to ensure the conflicts end as soon as possible and to return to nuclear negotiations.
