President Erdoğan travels to Brazil for G20 Summit

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has traveled to Brazil on the private aircraft "CAN" to attend the G20 Leaders' Summit. Erdoğan was welcomed in Rio de Janeiro by Turkey's Ambassador to Brazil and officials from the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has arrived in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on the private aircraft "CAN" to attend the G20 Leaders' Summit.

President Erdoğan was welcomed at Galeao Air Base by Turkey's Ambassador to Brazil, Halil İbrahim Akça, and protocol officials from the Brazilian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Accompanying Erdoğan to Brazil are his wife Emine Erdoğan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan, Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek, Presidential Communications Director Fahrettin Altun, Chief Advisor to the President on Foreign Policy and Security Akif Çağatay Kılıç, and AK Party Deputy Chairman and Party Spokesperson Ömer Çelik.
