Russian President Putin spoke to state media. 

Stating that Sweden and Finland's NATO memberships are meaningless, he announced that they will deploy a military buildup to the Finnish border. 

Saying that Russia is ready for nuclear war but that there is no necessary situation for it at the moment, Putin said, "If the United States conducts a nuclear test, Russia will do the same."

"WE WILL CONTINUE TO WORK"

Speaking about the US elections, the Russian leader said, "We have not interfered in any country's election. We will continue to work with the elected American leader."
