Rocket attack on police in Pakistan: 12 dead, 7 injured
In Pakistan's Punjab province, 12 police officers were killed and 7 were injured in a rocket attack on police vehicles.

A rocket attack was carried out on police vehicles in Rahim Yar Khan, located in Pakistan's Punjab province. 12 police officers lost their lives in the attack, and 7 were injured.
In a statement made by the police, it was stated that the attackers targeted two minibuses carrying more than 20 police officers, and that 5 officers survived the attack.
Pakistan's Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi condemned the attack and offered his condolences for the police officers who lost their lives. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack yet.
