The US has reached an agreement with Russia and Ukraine on ensuring navigation safety in the Black Sea.

In a statement regarding the matter, the White House said, "The US has reached an agreement with Ukraine and Russia on ensuring navigation safety in the Black Sea."

On the other hand, the White House included the statement, "The US will help ensure Russia's access to agricultural and fertilizer export markets."
