Russia announces 'we have carried out attacks'

The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that it carried out attacks on Ukraine's military-industrial facilities using long-range, high-precision sea- and air-based weapons and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

In a statement from the ministry, information was provided regarding the Russian army's activities in Ukraine.

Noting that Russian military forces continue their attacks in Ukraine, the statement said, "This morning, the Russian Armed Forces carried out a group strike using long-range, high-precision sea- and air-based weapons, including the hypersonic 'Kinzhal' missile system, as well as UAVs, against military-industrial facilities in Ukraine that produce artillery and UAVs. The targets of the strikes were achieved. All designated facilities were hit."

DESTRUCTION FIGURES SHARED

The statement shared the following information: "Since the beginning of the military operation, 567 aircraft, 265 helicopters, 10 thousand 641 UAVs, 448 air defense missile systems, 14 thousand 588 tanks and armored vehicles, 1 thousand 202 multiple launch rocket systems, 7 thousand 704 howitzers and mortars, and 17 thousand 376 special military vehicles belonging to the Ukrainian army have been destroyed."
