Following the attack, which also caused damage to numerous vehicles, Kharkiv Governor Oleh Syniehubov stated that 2 children were among the injured and that 4 of the wounded are in critical condition.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov also reported that 4 attacks were carried out against the city.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated in a post on his social media account, "This Russian terror carried out via guided bombs must be stopped, and it can be stopped.
We need strong decisions from our partners so that we can stop Russian soldiers and Russian aircraft where they are," he said.
