The government office in the Ukrainian city of Kherson was targeted in an airstrike carried out by Russia. The building sustained heavy damage in the attack, which involved two separate bombs.

TWO-STAGE ATTACK

While the first bomb caused large-scale damage to the building, the second bomb was used to create a more devastating effect. Footage that emerged following the explosions revealed that a large portion of the building had been reduced to ruins.


Following the attack, rescue efforts are ongoing in Kherson, and work is still underway to clear the debris of the targeted building.
