In a report citing a military source, the Syrian news agency SANA claimed that at 02:10 local time, several points around Damascus were targeted by an Israeli airstrike launched from the direction of the Golan Heights.
The report stated, "The attack caused damage, and air defense systems intercepted some of the enemy missiles."
There has been no statement from Israeli authorities regarding the attack.
